My Story
My name is Saber, and I'm the illustrator and concept artist behind Sabertoon. For the past few years, I've had the privilege of working as a freelance artist, creating compelling visuals for clients worldwide.
As an artist, my work is deeply inspired by the art of storytelling in all its forms. I'm moved by the sprawling fantasy worlds of books like Tolkien's epic trilogy, the collaborative adventures of Dungeons & Dragons, the iconic illustrations of
Magic: The Gathering, and the unique visual language of anime and manga. As a cinema connoisseur, I also draw heavily from the power of film, focusing on how lighting and composition can capture a complete story in a single frame. MY EXPERTISE
I specialize in creating both realistic and stylized character illustrations, from original concepts to fan art tributes inspired by anime and video games.

My process is built on a foundation of strong fundamentals and thoughtful composition, blending traditional draftsmanship and oil painting techniques with modern digital painting.
TOOLS & TECHNIQUE
I work primarily in the digital medium, using industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop and Clip Studio Paint on a Wacom Cintiq Pro drawing tablet display.
I draw from my traditional background for sketches, studies, and oil painting originals.
