​Return and Refund policy for Physical Products

Thank you for your purchase! As our physical products are custom-made to order, our return and refund policy differs from traditional retail. Please read it carefully.
All sales are final, with exceptions only for damaged, defective, or mislabeled items.

1. No Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind / Size Issues
As each item is custom printed especially for your order, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges if you simply change your mind, ordered the wrong size, or prefer a different print.
Please carefully review all product descriptions, sizing, and your order details before completing your purchase. We encourage you to double-check sizes against your measurements to ensure a perfect fit.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Mislabeled Products
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly mislabeled (wrong print, incorrect product type), we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

Reporting Period: You must contact us at sabertoon.art@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made outside this timeframe may not be eligible for a resolution.

Required Evidence: To help us assess the issue and facilitate a resolution with our print provider, you must provide clear photos of:

The damaged/defective/mislabeled item.

The original packaging (front and back).

The shipping label clearly visible.

Any specific defects (close-up of print error, tear).

Resolution: Upon verification of the defect or damage, we will, at our discretion, offer:

A free replacement of the same item.

A full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and to appear in your account.

We will advise you if a return is necessary (for quality control purposes by our print provider), and if so, we will cover the return shipping costs.

3. Lost in Transit
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days for domestic, 40 business days for international from the shipping confirmation date, please contact us at sabertoon.art@gmail.com. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and our print provider.

4. Incorrect Address Provided by Customer
If an order is returned to our print provider due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer at checkout, or if the customer fails to pick up the package from a local postal service after attempted delivery, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address if that address was provided erroneously by the customer.

5. Digital Products
This policy applies only to physical products. For our policy regarding digital product sales, please refer to our separate Digital Products Policy.

6. International Shipping
​
For orders shipped outside of the United States, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other customs fees levied by your country. The recipient of the package is responsible for all customs and import fees. We are not responsible for any delays or fees caused by customs.
