Sabertoon Art offers original artwork, art prints, merchandise (mugs, stickers), and digital products (digital art assets, educational resources, guides). All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We also reserve the right to change product descriptions, pricing, and availability without notice.

2. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be added at checkout.

Payment: We accept payments via PayPal. All payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card details. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase details. This email does not signify our acceptance of your order, but rather a confirmation that we have received it.

Order Acceptance: Our acceptance of your order is complete when we dispatch your physical product or grant access to your digital product.

Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to, situations where the product is out of stock, pricing errors occur, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery (for Physical Products)

Shipping Areas: We ship globally.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen shipping method, and product weight/dimensions.

By purchasing any digital product from Sabertoon Art, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for its intended purpose. The specific terms of use (Personal or Limited Commercial) apply as follows:

Personal Use License: Unless a "Limited Commercial Use License" is explicitly offered and purchased for the specific product at the time of checkout, all digital products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. This means you may not reproduce, redistribute, share, resell, sublicense, or modify the product for commercial purposes.

Limited Commercial Use License (If Purchased): If this license option was specifically offered for and purchased with the digital product, you may use the product as a tool or knowledge resource to create your own new and distinct commercial products. This means:

- You MAY NOT resell, sublicense, redistribute, or give away the original digital product file, or any significant portion of its contents, in its original or modified form.

- You MAY NOT create or sell any product where the primary value is derived from the Sabertoon Art digital product itself.

- You MAY incorporate elements from the digital product (individual brushes, textures, components) into your own original artwork, designs, or projects which you then sell.

- You MAY use the knowledge or information contained within educational products (e-books, guides) to develop your own commercial services, courses, or products, provided your offering is a unique creation based on your learning and not a direct repackaging or resale of our educational content.

Any commercial product you create using our digital product must be substantially different from the original and require your own significant time, effort, and skill to produce.

Any unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or resale of our digital products or any other content from the Site is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, remain with Sabertoon Art.
